Shipping & Delivery                                                             

We provide free delivery for local orders above RM200 (ONLY in Seremban Area).

Kindly contact our customer service for other shipping locations outside Seremban.

Please note that Free shipping is not applicable during any event of sale unless otherwise stated.

• Orders will be packed and posted out within 2 working days (exclude Public Holiday & Weekends). Please allow a 3 - 5 working days (for West Malaysia) & an additional of 1 - 2 working days (for East Malaysia) for the parcels to reach your doorstep.                                                                                                                                                                                                                
• Delivery times may vary due to the availability of the courier services & during peak seasons. We, Delonix Corporation Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of any shipment or delayed delivery.                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
• Tracking number will be provided once order has been shipped. Customer shall monitor closely on the order status accordingly.                                                                                                                                                           
• All shipping charges will be calculated upon cart out based on the weights.

At the same time, you also can opt for Self Collection which is currently available in our Seremban main office only.

1. Upon checkout at the DELIVERY METHOD, please select the Self Collection option.

2. Once your order is confirmed, kindly allow at least 24 hours for your order to be processed and packed.

3. You will then receive a notification email once the items have been packed and ready for collection.
